TRAFFIC RULES & REGULATIONS

Updated schedule of village gates:

1. Gate 1 (Paseo de Roxas Street)
(Open 24 hours daily)

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians

→ Entry and exit for BAVA/MIVA Stickered vehicles only

From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

→ Entry and exit from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Roll down window Policy)

BAVA residents will have to be identified
Nonresidents will have to be identified with advance notice from residents

2. Gate 2 (Orbit/Jupiter)
(Open 24 hours daily)

→ Entry of all types of vehicles and pedestrians

from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

→ Entry and exit from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Roll down window Policy)

BAVA residents will have to be identified
Nonresidents will have to be identified with advance notice from residents

3. Saturn Gate (Temporary Gate)

→ Exit only to all types of vehicles from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians (Resident only) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

4. Gate 3 (Neptune/Buli Street)

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians

from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily

5. Gate 4 (Kalayaan/Mercedes Street)

→ Entry and exit for delivery/construction vehicles, taxis, motorcycles, and guests’ private vehicles with advance notice, and BAVA/MIVA Stickered vehicles.

from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians

from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily

6. Gate 5 (Estrella/Zodiac Street) (Daily)

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians only with BAVA Domestic ID and residents going to Sta. Rosa Church/Colegio de Sta. Rosa.

from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

7. Gate 6 (Amapola/ Rockwell)

→ Entry and exit for Vehicles with BAVA/MIVA sticker

from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday
from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday and holidays

→ Entry and exit for Pedestrians

from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday
from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday and holidays

8. Gate 7 (Constellation/Saint Andrew)

→ Exit only for BAVA-stickered vehicles.

from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily

→ Entry and exit for Pedestrians with BAVA Domestic and resident ID only

from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily

9. Gate 8 (Mars/Jupiter Street)
(Open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays except holidays)

→ Entry and exit only for BAVA-Stickered vehicles.

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians with BAVA Domestic and residents' ID only

10. Gate 9 (Zodiac/Jupiter Street)

→ Entry and exit for pedestrians

from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily

→ Entry and exit for BAVA/MIVA Stickered vehicles, guests’ private vehicles, and motorcycles with advance notice from residents.

from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily
