BAVA Stickers Online Application

Step 1: Apply Online

  • Go to the Vehicle Sticker Request Creation page.

  • Enter full name, select type of membership, residence address and BAVA number. (If you do not know or remember your BAVA number, you can chat through the website to ask for your BAVA number).

  • Fill out the fields on the vehicle information and attach the OR, CR and authorization letter (Image file or PDF). Once successfully submitted, an email verification will be sent to you.

Step 2: Payment

  • After verification and confirmation, you will receive a Statement of Account via email. Payment may be done via online bank transfer or physical payment at the BAVA office.

  • Pay the corresponding amount for the stickers through the following options:

A. Direct payment at the BAVA Office (cash or cheque)
B. Online banking access (for Metrobank account holders)

i.       Login to https://www.metrobankdirect.com and select Pay Bills.
ii.      Under "Special Bill" choose "BEL-AIR VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC." from the dropdown list of billers.
iii.     Enter Reference Code CS (for car sticker)
iv.     Enter your Subscriber No. (if you do not know or forgot your Subscriber No., please call the BAVA office)
v.      Enter your Phone Number/Other Details
vi.     Choose the Account Number where the payment will be sourced from.
vii.    Enter the amount you wish to pay.
viii.   Select "Immediate Payment" and click "Continue" button.
ix.     Click "Confirm" button for the system to process your payment.
x.       View or print Transaction Acknowledgment Receipt as proof of payment.

Step 3: Appointment

  • Once payment is verified by BAVA, you may then book an appointment date and time for the installation of the sticker/s.

Step 4: Sticker Installation

  • The venue for the sticker installation is at the BAVA Office.

  • Please remain in your vehicle for safety purposes and bring your Official Receipt to be presented to our staff who will install the new sticker and RFID.
